Product Overview

Traditional jammer arms allow movement only in a single vertical plane, limiting exercise variety and functional carryover. These dual-hinged adapters overcome that limitation entirely.

When unlocked, the hinge design enables unrestricted, multi-directional movement—ideal for athletic training, rotational strength, and more natural movement patterns. When locked into position, users gain a stable, fixed training path for targeted strength work. This flexibility significantly broadens the range of exercises available on TITAN T3 rigs.
